The building is a historic structure, which is why access is not yet fully barrier-free. There are approximately 10 steps to the raised ground floor, and the existing elevator is too small for a standard wheelchair. However, a ramp will be installed from April 2026 onwards to significantly improve access.

Public street parking is available directly in front of the building. These spaces are located in a short-stay parking zone (maximum 3 hours during paid hours) and are ideal for briefly stopping to unload luggage. Parking is free daily from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, from Saturday 1:00 pm onwards, and all day on Sundays and public holidays. For longer parking, a private underground parking space can be booked optionally for €10 per night (from check-in until check-out). The garage is located about 100 meters away next to the SPAR supermarket.
