FENITO GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in line with the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG), which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act). This statement applies to the website www.beletage.apartments.

1. Conformity status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. The website is largely conformant with these requirements — some content is not yet fully conformant for the reasons set out in section 2.

2. Non-accessible or partially accessible content

• Embedded third-party services: the online booking engine (DIRS21) and the map display (OpenStreetMap, loaded only after an explicit click) are outside our control and may not be fully accessible. We are happy to take bookings by phone or email as an alternative.
• Translations: content in languages other than German and English has in part been machine/AI-translated; individual wordings may differ.
• Ongoing improvement: we review the website regularly and fix issues on an ongoing basis. Most recently, colour contrasts and the heading structure were revised.

This statement was prepared on 2026-07-20. It is based on a self-assessment of the website combined with an automated testing procedure (incl. Lighthouse / accessibility audit).
