We had a really great stay at this flat and highly recommend it. The apartment itself is comfortable and practical, with a nice kitchen and a lovely balcony facing a quiet inner courtyard, which was our favorite spot to relax. Inside, it’s very well-equipped with thoughtful details like a humidifier, a ventilator, and access to a laundry room if you need to do some washing during your stay. If you are traveling with kids, this place is a huge win. The backyard setup is excellent, it has a sandbox, plenty of toys, sports equipment, and a great game room downstairs. Our kid spent hours playing down there and had a blast. On top of that, the host was super helpful, always responsive, and proactive. They even left us some nice welcome treats, and both check-in and check-out were completely smooth and hassle-free. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Thank you for hosting us!

Wir können uns den anderen Kommentaren nur anschließen. Alles top! Kommunikation super und im Keller stehen neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner auch Bügelbretter und ein Bügeleisen bereit.
Super Apartment, absolut zu empfehlen. Vor allem mit Kindern perfekt. Schöner kleiner Garten und ein Spielraum im Keller mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten.
Der Aufenthalt im "The Golden One" war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Unsere Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, während wir Eltern Airhockey im Gewölbekeller gespielt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
Echt een aanrader dit appartement! Waarom? De locatie - je kunt gewoon Graz inlopen en alles is op loopbare afstand. Voor 5 personen is dit perfect. De slaapbank ligt prima. Het appartement is schoon en netjes. Heerlijk is het balkon. Nicole reageert heel snel en aardig op al je berichten. Aanrader is hun gemaakte website met alle info over Graz en hun hele appartement. Daar kun je echt alles vinden (waar moet het afval heen, uitgebreide foto’s hoe je de parkeergarage inkomt etcetera). Op zondag is er gratis parkeren. Wij waren op doorreis en toch de parkeergarage geboekt met een plek voor 10 euro per nacht. Je hebt dan je eigen plek. Fijn en veilig je auto in een afgesloten parkeergarage. Voor ons was Graz voor 1 dag voldoende.

Krásné ubytovani, vše čisté a příjemné. Velmi komfortní postel, v kuchyni nic nechybí do posledního detailu. Venkovní zahrada se sportovištěm ,možnost vyprání a sušení věcí, ve sklepě je chill klubovna s možností občerstvení. 60m je Spar a tram. zastávka. Centrum cca 15minut chůze výborná lokalita , ubytovací servis okamžitě reaguje na jakýkoliv dotaz.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the detailed guest guide, which provided clear and comprehensive information about the apartment, check-in and check-out procedures, as well as parking For us the room was too warm. There were modern air coolers in every room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately they weren't able to lower the temperature enough to keep the rooms comfortable

Frequently asked questions
No later than 2 days before arrival you receive a link to the online check-in. Enter your data, complete payment, optionally book extras. Your personal access code is then activated automatically. Check-in from 3 pm — often earlier on request.
Right outside: public on-street parking (short-stay zone, max. 3 h paid). Free daily 8 pm–9 am, from Saturday 1 pm and all day on Sundays/holidays. Private underground space at €10/night about 100 m away (Steyrergasse 91, at the SPAR).
Bed linen and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, RITUALS bath products, access to the courtyard, game room and 24/7 microshop. Electricity, water and heating are included too.
Right in front of Graz central station tram line 4 runs directly to the "Steyrergasse" stop — no transfer needed, ride time about 15 minutes, every 5–10 minutes. From the tram stop it is about 100 m to the apartment door. Line 5 also stops here as an alternative from another direction.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement — no extra fee. Please mention your dog when booking so we can prepare the apartment accordingly. Bring your own dog bed.
No, we do not provide on-site dining. Plenty of cafés and bakeries are within walking distance — including Martin Auer at Dietrichsteinplatz (5 min on foot). You can find the full restaurant list on our FAQ page.
Up to 50 Mbit/s on the open network "BELETAGE-GUEST" — no password, captive portal on first connect. Plenty for video calls, streaming and several devices at once.
We offer two rates: a cancellable rate (free cancellation until 2 pm on the day of arrival) and a cheaper non-cancellable rate (no cancellation possible). For weekly and monthly stays, individual conditions apply — just get in touch with us. Bookings via Booking or Airbnb follow the respective platform terms.

Steyrergasse 86, 8010 Graz — east of the Mur, close to Messe Graz and the university. The UNESCO old town with Schlossberg, Clock Tower and Hauptplatz is about 5 minutes by tram line 4 or a 15-minute walk. SPAR supermarket is 100 m away.
