A living room with warmth
The Natural Zone welcomes you with warm beige tones, wood details and a light mood that works in winter as much as summer. The sofa is deep, soft and generous - and with five people everyone sits comfortably, since the armchairs add seats so nobody has to squeeze onto the sofa. Once extended, it sleeps two more, which is how the apartment lands at 6 guests. The 50-inch smart TV is there when you need it; otherwise the eye drifts through a new tall window with balcony door into the quiet courtyard garden. After a long day in Graz, this is the kind of room you simply don't want to leave.
Two separate king-size bedrooms
The Natural Zone offers two full bedrooms, each with a real king-size bed, its own 50-inch smart TV and fresh high-quality linens from Denmark. Both rooms follow the warm design concept: soft wall colours, wood tones and normal bedside lamps for reading. The bedrooms face the street side toward Steyrergasse, where the newly renovated double-casement period windows insulate traffic noise very well. What matters: these are separate rooms entered from the hallway, each with its own door. When two couples travel together or a family with older kids, everyone keeps their own privacy and retreat.
Eat-in kitchen - the warm heart
The eat-in kitchen is the emotional centre of The Natural Zone. Fully equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Plates, cutlery, pans, pots and a cutting board for 6 are stocked. The dining table seats everyone on a bench plus four chairs, big enough for a wonderful meal for the whole family on a Sunday evening. SPAR is around 100 m away, the nearest bakery (Martin Auer) about 6 minutes on foot. The Kaiser-Josef market is roughly a 13-minute walk or a short ride on tram 4 or 5 - perfect for a Styrian breakfast.
Bathroom - tidy and inviting
The bathroom keeps the warm concept going: walk-in shower, light tiles with natural-wood accents, a well-lit mirror, hairdryer and fresh in-house towels in multiple sizes. Toiletries are RITUALS in refillable reusable dispensers with shampoo and shower gel - sustainable and pleasant to use. Toilet paper is ready for you. We take care of the final cleaning, so you don't need to polish anything before you leave. When you book direct, a 29 EUR final cleaning fee per stay is added to the nightly rate.
Balcony with courtyard view
The balcony faces the quiet courtyard garden. You sit out here in the morning with your espresso and hear the courtyard rather than Steyrergasse. The garden is open to all guests at any time - football goal, table-tennis table, go-karts for kids, sandbox and comfortable garden furniture. When you travel as a family, that often matters as much as the apartment itself. And even in winter it's lovely to let your gaze wander from the warm living room out across the calm courtyard.

You stay east of the Mur on Steyrergasse 86. Trams 4 and 5 stop at the Steyrergasse stop around 100 m away, almost at the door - it's about 15 minutes direct to Graz Central Station on tram 4. You stroll to the UNESCO old town with Hauptplatz in roughly 15 minutes, to Schlossberg with the Clock Tower in about 25 to 30 minutes on foot. University of Graz, Kunsthaus and the Mur promenade are comfortably walkable, and Messe Graz is just around 0.5 km or 8 minutes on foot. If you plan a day trip to the southern Styrian wine roads, you return after a relaxed Buschenschank afternoon and step right into a peaceful apartment - The Natural Zone is exactly the right place to wind a day like that down.
