Sehr gute Lage nahe des Zentrums, trotzdem wunderbar ruhig zum geschützten begrünten Innenhof. Straßenbahn schnell problemlos zu erreichen. Schöne, mit Liebe gewählte Ausstattung, alles gepflegt und sauber, technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne wieder! Gerne für die ganz warmen Tage zwei dünne Baumwolldecken, die gut zu waschen sind.
We had a really great stay at this flat and highly recommend it. The apartment itself is comfortable and practical, with a nice kitchen and a lovely balcony facing a quiet inner courtyard, which was our favorite spot to relax. Inside, it’s very well-equipped with thoughtful details like a humidifier, a ventilator, and access to a laundry room if you need to do some washing during your stay. If you are traveling with kids, this place is a huge win. The backyard setup is excellent, it has a sandbox, plenty of toys, sports equipment, and a great game room downstairs. Our kid spent hours playing down there and had a blast. On top of that, the host was super helpful, always responsive, and proactive. They even left us some nice welcome treats, and both check-in and check-out were completely smooth and hassle-free. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. Thank you for hosting us!

Wir können uns den anderen Kommentaren nur anschließen. Alles top! Kommunikation super und im Keller stehen neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner auch Bügelbretter und ein Bügeleisen bereit.
Super Apartment, absolut zu empfehlen. Vor allem mit Kindern perfekt. Schöner kleiner Garten und ein Spielraum im Keller mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten.
Der Aufenthalt im "The Golden One" war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Unsere Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, während wir Eltern Airhockey im Gewölbekeller gespielt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
Echt een aanrader dit appartement! Waarom? De locatie - je kunt gewoon Graz inlopen en alles is op loopbare afstand. Voor 5 personen is dit perfect. De slaapbank ligt prima. Het appartement is schoon en netjes. Heerlijk is het balkon. Nicole reageert heel snel en aardig op al je berichten. Aanrader is hun gemaakte website met alle info over Graz en hun hele appartement. Daar kun je echt alles vinden (waar moet het afval heen, uitgebreide foto’s hoe je de parkeergarage inkomt etcetera). Op zondag is er gratis parkeren. Wij waren op doorreis en toch de parkeergarage geboekt met een plek voor 10 euro per nacht. Je hebt dan je eigen plek. Fijn en veilig je auto in een afgesloten parkeergarage. Voor ons was Graz voor 1 dag voldoende.

Krásné ubytovani, vše čisté a příjemné. Velmi komfortní postel, v kuchyni nic nechybí do posledního detailu. Venkovní zahrada se sportovištěm ,možnost vyprání a sušení věcí, ve sklepě je chill klubovna s možností občerstvení. 60m je Spar a tram. zastávka. Centrum cca 15minut chůze výborná lokalita , ubytovací servis okamžitě reaguje na jakýkoliv dotaz.
The rooms were modern, spotless, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the detailed guest guide, which provided clear and comprehensive information about the apartment, check-in and check-out procedures, as well as parking For us the room was too warm. There were modern air coolers in every room, which we appreciated, but unfortunately they weren't able to lower the temperature enough to keep the rooms comfortable
It was a pleasure to stay at the Beletage Apartments! Nicole and Thomas were amazing hosts and communication was great. The neighborhood is peaceful. The apartment was spacious, clean, exactly as described and had everything we needed. It’s easy to find and if you’re arriving by car, there are a lot of parking options. The tram station is very close, so it’s also easy to get around the city using public transport. The instructions were very clear, the check-in process was easy and smooth. Their website is also great and informative. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay!
Nicole and Thomas were great hosts. They had all the information ready for us as we’re there for F1 weekend. The location was perfect with supermarket and tram stop only 5mins walk away. Only suggestion was iron is in the basement with laundry. Would have been better if had one in the room. Would highly recommend.
Having traveled the world and now in my late seventies I can honestly say that this Airbnb is truly worthy of 5 stars from start to finish. It was incredible how EVERYTHING was so perfect. All categories of what one needs when selecting a property to stay in are here My business partner and I traveled from Ireland to attend the Austrian F1 Grand Prix in Spielberg . We selected to stay in the beautiful City of Graz and what a great choice, enhanced greatly by selecting this luxurious property to stay, I can’t mention everything in detail but even down to the ultra safe car parking availability. it’s fantastic. If this review sounds over the top it’s written for the purpose of giving true information to others who want to select the best places to . Finally if Airbnb had a higher category then Super Host then it should be awarded to Nicole and Thomas. as outstanding in every way. Don’t hesitate go ahead and book this property, you won’t regret it 👍
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Graz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei den freundlichen Gastgebern, die den Aufenthalt angenehm und unkompliziert gemacht haben. Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen in Graz ideal und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Eine sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenen Fernsehen. Ein toller Balkon, in der Küche war alles sauber und alle notwendigen Geräte vorhanden. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Bei uns war der Toaster defekt, innerhalb von zwei Stunden hatten wir einen neuen bekommen. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Waschmaschine und Trockner standen zu Verfügung. Und- das Waschmittel war umsonst! Wo gibt’s denn sowas? Beim Eintreffen hat ein Begrüßungskorb auf uns gewartet. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man in der Altstadt. Keine 50 Meter entfernt gibt es einen Spar. Und gegen eine Gebühr kann das Auto in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Der Verkehr in den Schlafräumen ist deutlich zu hören. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern stört er jedoch nicht.

I stayed in this apartment for work purposes and had a very positive experience. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to the main points of interest in Graz and convenient for getting around. The host was helpful and everything was well organized. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays :)
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Beide Apartments waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind bequem und man merkt, dass bei der Einrichtung viel Wert auf Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wurde. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber und die Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
The communication with the owner was straightforward, and they were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really beautiful; it is located close to the city centre. We received many free gifts from the owner, and there is a gaming room in the building's basement to enhance the overall experience. The instructions for getting to the apartment were helpful and detailed, but they missed some essential information (e.g., the room number). Also, after completing the online check-in, we received no email confirmation, and we lost the code to access the building and apartment.

Five star accomodation with thoughtful touches only a well honed host would offer. Home away from home, the apartment offered every amenity and more. I cannot fault Nicole and Thomas on anything and wish them nothing but the best.
Top renovierte Wohnung mit allem Comfort (incl. WLAN - 3 Fernseher - Willkommenspaket in der Küche (Getränke, Knabbereien, Obst!) Dusch- und Handwaschgel von Rituals! - schöner Blick auf Garten im Hinterhof - vom Verkehr war Dank der doppelten Fenster + Fensterläden praktisch nichts zu hören - Innenstadt und Restaurants innerhalb 15 bis 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen - Tiefgarage unbedingt dazubuchen (50m entfernt und mit 10 Euro/Tag immernoch günstiger als ein Strafzettel, welche hier sehr großzügig verteil werden!) NICHTS!!!! alles top, geschmackvoll + liebevoll eingerichtet

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment looks pristine and very tastefully decorated. It is spacious and had everything we needed, including a very spacious shower, full kitchen, three bedrooms (if you count the pullout couch, which we did) and a balcony. The balcony and garden were a great treat for our four legged companion. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I am certainly aiming to come back when I am in Graz the next time. Well deserved five stars.
Value for money, luxurious flat, very well furnished, impeccable linen, all items needed are in kitchen, all other facilities available like laundry, extra room heater or cooler, games room etc. Me and my family had a lovely luxurious stay and will always stay there in future. We had moved in there after being in Ibis Styles Hotel for 5 days and I can say it was a good decision and much better stay here in Beletage than hotel. In addition very prompt support by management anytime and anything we needed, including some unrelated information that we needed about finding accommodation for our daughter in Graz and they went out of the way to do a research and provided us with detailed information that helped us so much. Such a great experience staying at Nicole’s place. It’s close to the tram line and a good Asian restaurant. Honestly, to sum it up, I wish I lived in a place like this. So well organized, peaceful, and the balcony in the morning with coffee just hits :)
Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Es hat uns alles gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist perfekt. Es gibt sogar eine Yoga-Matte! Das Duschgel ist von Rituals und dem entsprechend gut. Das Doppelbett ist komfortabel groß, der Balkon hat einen fantastischen Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Um frische Luft während der Nacht zu erhalten, kann man die Balkontür von der Küche in den ruhigen Garten offen lassen. Zur Straße ist es etwas laut. Es ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau: man hat die Die Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus überraschend laut gehört. Und die Musikbeschallung im Eingangsbereich wäre nicht unbedingt notwendig. Aber richtig negativ war das alles nicht.
Brza i efikasna komunikacija sa vlasnicima, srdačno osoblje. Stan je čist, prostran sa odličnom pozicijom. Najbliza tramvajska stanica je svega 2 minute hoda od stana i povezana je izravnom linijom sa centrom.
Ubytování bylo opravdu skvělé – apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a klidný, nic nám nechybělo. Velmi jsme ocenili milé a nápomocné hostitele, rychlý internet i příjemnou zahrádku. Bonus navíc byla klubovna v přízemí se šipkami a air hokejem. Lokalita je výborná, s dostupným parkováním, blízko obchodu i MHD a do centra se dá pohodlně dojít i pěšky. Nemáme opravdu žádné výhrady, naopak jde o ideální ubytování pro objevování krásného a přívětivého města, které nabízí spoustu zážitků.

The bed is very much comfortable, and we loved the huge TV on the wall. Also, I apprechiate the welcome gifts and the Rituals products in the bathroom. The bedroom was a bit warm at night, and there is no A/C, only a fan. We could not keep the windows open, as our room looked to the main street, was on the ground floor, and the street was noisy at night. Also, our upstairs neighbour had two kids widly running around in the evening, so we could not get a proper rest until the kids were put to bed. Also, we would apprechiated a couch in the apartment, as a place to rest after a long day. (There was a couch in the common area, but not in our apartment.) But I have to mention that we booked a small apartment.
Z nastanitvijo smo bili izjemno zadovoljni. Gostitelj je bil prijazen, ustrežljiv in odziven. v stanovanju nas je pričakala pijača dobrodošlice in prigrizek. vstop v hišo in stanovanje je bilo zelo enostavno. Postelje v obeh spalnicah so bile odlične, raztegljiv kavč v dnevni sobi pa malo manj.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist ruhig und bietet viele Spielmöglichkeiten . Außerdem sehr zentral zur Grazer Innenstadt mit gutem Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz empfehlen wir mit zu buchen. Gerne wieder dort Urlaub buchen.
The apartment is comfortable and clean, for families is an advantage the garden with equipments for kids. Location is quite, but near the centre, garage parking and very good stocked supermarket are valuable. Check-in is really easy. We think, that the owners like their job and it's visible. We really liked our stay.

Generell sind die Apartments in bester Lage, wunderschön, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und haben alles, was man braucht. Wir waren zu 5. dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es ist viel Platz und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Ganz süß fanden wir, dass eine kleine Goody-Box von den Gastgebern bereit gestellt wurde, mit Snacks und ein paar Getränken. Vielen lieben Dank - wir empfehlen euch 100% weiter.

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt. Lage war für uns ideal (10 Min zur Messe) auch die Innenstadt war gut Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Apartmán bol útulný a čistý nachádzajúci sa na pomerne pokojnom mieste, no v blízkosti centra. Je skvelý pre rodiny s deťmi aj vzhľadom na priľahlú záhradu s vybavením pre deti. Rovnako oceňujem sympatický prístup majiteľov, jednoduchý spôsob check-inu, možnosť parkovania v blízkej podzemnej garáži a bezprostrednú blízkosť veľmi dobre zásobovaného supermarketu. Celkovo ubytovanie hodnotím ako vynikajúce. Neregistrovali sme žiadne negatíva.
Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig und befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage. Meckern auf hohem Niveau ... Topflappen in der Küche wären schön gewesen.
Eine geschmackvolle Gästewohnung, schöne Zimmer, Mobiliar, Küche und Bad. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zwar auf die Straße hinaus, sind aber dank bestens gedichteter Fenster sehr leise. Wenn man die äußeren Fensterläden schließt kann man auch gut verdunkeln.
Tolles Apartment. Wir hatten das Green One. Viel Platz, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Willkommenspaket mit Getränken, Obst und Naschereien ist eine ganz liebe Idee! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Spar direkt in 2 Minuten Laufnähe. Es gibt einen Aufzug und der Parkplatz den man dazu buchen ist auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief super. Sehr schnelle Antworten bei Fragen. Danke für die tollen Tipps! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Apartment weiter empfehlen. Everything! Location, comfy beds, kitchen dining area, spacious rooms and comfy beds. 24 kind assistance from the managers and the quality of the equipments and Ritual brand soap and shampoo. Big balcony and the garden. Also laundry room was free of charge and self entry apartment instructions were clear and easy to check in. Price also reasonable for that quality. Nothing that I can think of, we loved every small details!

Wir sind als Familie gereist. Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Thomas sehr unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft war er dann sogar selbst anwesend, obwohl wir auf einen kontaktlosen Check in vorbereitet waren. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr komfortabel und super sauber. Im Apartment ist alles ebenerdig. Das Apartment ist mit einem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung reicht von Darts und Air Hockey im Keller über die Mitbenutzung des Gartens und einige bereitgestellte Spiele im Apartment selbst. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Schlossberg sind es circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der Altstadtbim kann man sogar einige Tram-Stationen kostenfrei fahren. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Koffer unten im Keller lassen und den ganzen Tag somit noch sehr gut ohne Gepäck nutzen. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber selber Kinder haben und sich in die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einer reisenden Familie eingedacht haben. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns über ein Päckchen Kürbiskerne, etwas Popcorn und Äpfel sowie Wasser / Getränke/Kaffeepads gefreut. Das macht die Anreise perfekt, wenn man nicht sofort los rennen muss, um einzukaufen. Es ist einfach die Liebe zum Detail, die uns so gut gefallen hat. Vielen Dank , wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Lokalizacja doskonała, bardzo blisko głównych atrakcji turystycznych. To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu. Jak będzie dostępny kolejny raz, to na pewno skorzystamy. nie mam nic negatywnego do powiedzenia
Alles was tip top, heel mooie flat met alle voorzieningen. Luxe artikelen, hele lieve gastvrouw ( ze staat steeds klaar voor alle vragen) ben hier al een paar keer verbleven en ik kom zeker terug! Niets

Дуже гарне помешкання!Нові,чисті,стильні,просторі апартаменти з балконом поруч з історичним центром Граца.Є ліфт в будівлі.Зручні ,великі ліжка з гарною білизною,багато рушників, гарний посуд.Дуже приємно здивували живі квіти у вазі,фрукти,пиво,капсули кави,солодощі для дітей🥰Було відчуття,що на нас чекали.За це окрема подяка.Надзвичайна швидка і проста комунікація .Чіткі і прості інструкціі щодо поселення,без зайвої бюрократії. Рекомендації по паркуванню.Навіть був коврик для йоги!І все це за дуже прийнятну ціну. Нічого
We enjoyed our stay very much. Even before we arrived i had a feeling that the owners, Nicole & Thomas are very special people . The apartment is lovely and comfortable .The colors are inspiring, we like that it was quiet. Everything was wonderful. I had asked for some items and Nicole brought them asap. Their kindness was very significant ❤️ 💗 💕. It was really a big fun to be there. The underground parking is very comfortable and it is recommended for everyone that comes with a car. The Spar supermarket is so close, a very good thing. Everything we done by walking by foot. Graz is a beautiful city. We have been 5 nights. Nothing.
Our stay at Nicole and Thomas’ place was absolutely outstanding, truly the best Airbnb the three of us have ever stayed in! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed with a modern style throughout. Everything feels fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully equipped with all the latest amenities. It has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. They even provided snacks, which was such a lovely and generous touch that made us feel immediately welcome. The keyless check-in system is a game changer. It made everything incredibly easy , no keys to share, no coordination stress, everyone could come and go freely. Perfect for a group stay. There’s also an elevator, which makes access super convenient, especially with luggage. On top of all that, Nicole and Thomas were extremely kind and flexible, allowing us a late check-out. We really appreciated this, it made our departure relaxed and stress-free. Everything about this place is top, top, top. Amazing hosts!

Very well kept, clean and spacious, walking distance to city centre , nice neighbourhood. Very good contact with the hosts. The third bed was the sofa in the living room. If you need 3 beds take this into consideration. We didn’t really need a living room as in the kitchen was enough space to hang out .

Very comfortable and inviting apartment. Especially welcoming and appreciated were the basket of fresh fruit, drinks and healthy snacks found immediately upon entering this easily found , cosy space. Tram service was very close by. Airport bus to Vienna within walking distance. Also the Expo Centre a 7 minute walk. Nicole meets all the requirements of a perfect hostess. Thank you! 🌻

Vi hadde det helt supert. Nicole svarte raskt om det var noe. Leiligheten ligger veldig fint til, gangavstand til butikk/sentrum og trikken rett utenfor. Leiligheten var finere enn på bildene. Den passet perfekt til vårt opphold. Det var i tillegg et felles rom med air hokey og dart. Kan veldig varmt anbefale.
We had a fabulous 4 month stay at Beletage. The apartment was recently renovated and well refurbished. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Access to the backyard and the games in the basement was great for the kids. The location was very convenient for work, school, groceries and public transit. But the best part of the stay was the hosts - Nicole & Thomas. They were very gracious throughout our stay, very responsive in communications and addressed anything we needed the very same day. We will definitely stay here if we return to Graz.
I booked Belatage Luxury Apartments for my parents and brother during their visit to Graz, and they stayed for seven nights. The apartment was outstanding—beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and truly luxurious. It had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to tram line 5, which takes you to the Old Town in just two stops. The hosts were also very welcoming and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Graz.

Super Appartement, tolle Lage, leckerer Willkommensgruß, nette Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, Parkgarage gleich nebenan (unbedingt gleich dazu buchen), Entrée/Stiegenhaus mit weihnachtlicher Musik und Deko... alles top! Bei Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen empfehlen wir, eines der größeren Appartements mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 Doppelbetten) zu buchen. Das Schlafsofa war für uns nicht wirklich bequem.
Wir waren sehr Zufrieden es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It was a perfect apartment, located in a quiet area but walking distance from the city centre. There was a secure car park too. The apartment was stylish, modern and super comfortable with a little balcony overlooking a garden. There was a basement for activities such as darts, and a game area with a fridge full of refreshments. The staff were always responsive and friendly by text if you needed anything. It is a self check in so you can be super independent and not rely on picking up keys etc. I would 100% stay again. I have nothing bad to say at all

Eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Innenstadt, liebevoll gestaltet, mit einladender Innenarchitektur. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Hier passt alles. Abends kann man im Untergeschoss spielen... Die Zeit kann man gut verbringen, wenn man nicht in die Stadt geht, ist man einfach in der Wohnung mit Liebe aufgehoben. Garage ist auch in Ordnung. Alles passt! Probieren Sie die Unterkunft auch! Ich kann sie mit wahrer Liebe empfehlen. 💞
Sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Apartment in der Nähe der Altstadt, diese ist fußläufig nach ca. 12 Minuten erreichbar. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage, sehr bequeme Betten. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommensgruß mit regionalen Produkten. Auch der gebuchte Tiefgaragenplatz war sehr hilfreich, da das Apartment an einer Straße mit Kurzparkzone liegt. This apartment was super comfortable! It was also in a great location - walkable to everything! The beds were comfortable, and it was convenient to have a washer AND dryer in the basement. It was so easy to get in and out with a key code instead of a key, too. I thought it was a nice touch that there was a welcome basket. Parking was easy to arrange and right across the street, and any question I had was immediately answered with kindness. Our family of four (all adults) truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was lovely!
Everything! The flat was beautiful, nicely furnished and decorated for xmas season. We arrived really late at night and we’re nicely surprised with the welcome drinks and little snacks. Location is great, just a short walk from the main square. Supermarket is just few steps away from the property. The fact that there was a possibility of booking the parking made our stay much easier. We forgot the parking key in the car the night before our departure and the hosts were super helpful and nearly immediately provided us with extra keys. Place was clean with everything that you need for the stay. The air hockey and darts with the fridge with drinks in the basement made it really fun. We will definitely try to stay there again during our next visit. Nothing

We had a truly great stay in Graz! The hosts were exceptionally kind and caring, always available and ready to help whenever needed. The flat exceeded our expectations — even better than in the photos. It offers separate bedrooms with lockable doors, making it perfect for families or groups. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The apartment itself is freshly renovated, modern, and feels luxurious. We especially appreciated the separate toilet and bathroom, with a stylish and comfortable shower. The balcony, garden, and basement area were all big pluses, adding comfort and extra space to relax. The property is both pet-friendly and child-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A thoughtful touch was the welcome gifts we received — such a kind gesture that made us feel truly at home. Parking was great extra option with a nice area that was easy to use. Als Grazerin, die in Wien lebt und ab und zu auch die Heimatstadt besucht, kann ich dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und zentrumsnah. Mit der Altstadtbim von der Haltestelle Finanzamt (ca 6 min Fußweg) ist man gratis in 4 min am Hauptplatz. Nicole und Thomas sind sehr liebe Gastgeber, die alles bestens vorbereiten, sodass Checkin und Checkout ganz problemlos waren. Sehr gerne wieder!
10/10 stay, everything was amazing: spotlessly clean, modern and very convenient. The apartment had all the necessary amenities: a new big screen TV, a comfy bed, a great wardrobe with games in it, sport inventory, a separate toilet with bathroom (all newly installed and barely used!) and a big kitchen with brand new dishes and utensils. A wonderful terrace with a view into a peaceful Austrian inner yard. The washing / drying machines are very good brands. There is also an activities room with a bunch of stuff in it, so we’ve some fun! Also, upon our arrival we were welcomed with a gift. Overall, we would be glad to come back!
we stayed for 2 nights and liked it very much.the appartment is very coazy, clean and warm. we have two small girls and they found some games in the appartment which they liked a lot, so this was everything to them. app is equiped with everything you need. i recommand it ❤️

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut, man geht 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Der Keller und der Garten mit den diversen Aktivitäten hat uns positiv überrascht. Die Appartements waren gut ausgestattet, sehr schön und sauber. Die Sofas, welche man als Bett benutzen kann, waren nicht sooo bequem.
Lage toll und zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn und Supermarkt. Ausstattung gut und modern, super ruhig und schöner grüner Innenhof. Sehr gute Heizung, Räume mit getrennten Thermostaten regulierbar. Sauberkeit top. Einladender Eingangsbereich im Hauseingang mit Infobroschüren. Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer etwas unbequem (1 Erwachsener ist darauf gelegen).

A környék kiváló, nagyon közel van a belváros. Van a közelben bolt, villamosvonal, s a parkolás is megoldható. A felszereltségen lehetne javítani, hogy komfortosabb legyen: előszobában nincs tükör, cipőkanál, s ülő alkalmatosság. A konyhában pedig a vízforraló vízkőtelesítése fontos lenne. Nekem a szobák berendezése nagyon egyszerű volt, hiányoztak a képek a falról és 1-2 szőnyeg.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Beletage Luxury Apartments. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders das gemütliche Bett und die bequeme Couch haben für echte Wohlfühlmomente gesorgt. Auch für Familien ist alles perfekt vorbereitet, es gibt Spiele und Bücher für Groß und Klein sowie Kinderbesteck und viele kleine Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonders nettes Detail war der liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommenskorb mit Popcorn, Bier, Schokolade und Kürbiskernen, eine tolle Geste. Die Küche war ebenso sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La posizione è perfetta: in una breve passeggiata si arriva in centro,si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto ed eleganza, con un design moderno e accogliente con fiori e frutta fresca, curato nei minimi dettagli. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti: eravamo in cinque persone e ci siamo sentiti assolutamente comodi, senza mai intralciarci, due camere matrimoniali e un divano letto doppio ognuno con la propria TV. Tutto era perfettamente pulito al nostro arrivo, e si percepisce una grande attenzione alla qualità e alla cura dell’ambiente. The apartment seems to be newly renovated, has beautiful wooden floors , Kitchen and bathroom are spacious, everything very clean. There is a cabinet with toys and games for the kids in the living room. The beds are very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors or from outside while the windows were closed. It can be a little loud at night when the windows are open because of cars passing by, although the street is not very busy. We had a great stay at Nicole’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s and Thomas’ beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished place. Everything was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. We felt right at home. The place is located in direct vicinity to the trade fair where we needed to go. The historic city center is a couple of minutes’ walk. Nicole and Thomas were super nice and welcoming. They communicated proactively and always responded right away. Next time in Graz we’ll definitely stay at their place again.

Sehr sauber, hochmodern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der Prozess beim Check in fand ich sehr nutzerfreundlich. Wir waren ca. eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wie zuhause gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Obwohl eine Straße vor dem Schlafzimmer war, konnten wir ruhig mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann ihnen immer gerne schreiben, wenn etwas fehlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
Wspaniałe miejsce! Chyba nigdy nie trafiliśmy na tak dobrze wyposażony i tak czysty apartament. Bardzo mili właściciele, którzy w łatwy sposób o wszystkim informowali. Cieszymy się, że zmieniliśmy plany i na trasie podróży z Włoch nocowaliśmy właśnie tutaj:)
Alles verlief reibungslos – schneller Check-in, klare Anweisungen und eine sehr saubere, gemütliche Wohnung. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass meine vergessene Tasche sofort nach Deutschland geschickt wurde. Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Ich habe mich hier sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr gute Betten, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, incl. kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kannn zu Fuss ins Zentrum (ca. 10 min) oder man läuft 300 m bis zur Tramstation Finanzamt, ab da kann man kostenlos mit der Tram ins Zentrum fahren. in ca 50 m Entfernung ist ein Spar Laden wo man alles kaufen kann, incl. einer Tiefgarage wo man für 10 Euro/Tag das Auto parken kann. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Kommunikation über WhatsAp oder auch Telefon ist möglich. Es gibt auch einen Begrüssungskorb mit Obst, Snack und Getränken, sehr aufmeksam. Wir waren total zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es gibt von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln, eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung !!!
Superfijn appartement, goede locatie, hele betrokken hosts die snel antwoorden en ondersteunen waar nodig is 🤩 Het appartement lag erg centraal, was ruim opgezet, schoon en mooi ingericht. De kamers waren erg ruim, de verzorgingsproducten (handdoeken en rituals zeep) erg luxe en er was een heerlijk welkomstpakket. We zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen aan anderen!

Great apartment. We have very high expectations that most four star international chains can't live up to, but this apartment was wonderful. Clean, organised, good beds. There even were some board games to play. We would go back and whole heartedly recommend it.

Die Lage und Sauberkeit war tipptopp. Ausstattung sehr schön und alles ausreichend vorhanden. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und wir durften sogar früher in die Wohnung. Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen. Der Tiefgaragenplatz in der Spargarage war mit ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Uns haben die Fliegengitter gefehlt und ein Staubsauger für alle im Waschraum wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Lage. Alles wichtige ist in Geh Reichweite. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Unterkunft, würden wir weiter empfehlen.
Świetny apartament. Przestronny. Rodzinie 2+2 swobodnie wystarczało miejsca. Bardzo czysty, schludny. Zapewnione wentylatory na ciepłe dni i noce. Przejrzyste instrukcje zameldowania, sprawny kontakt. Mieszkanie przestronne, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Co nieczęsto spotykane w miejscach na wynajem - wygodne materace w łóżkach!! Byliśmy tylko przejazdem na trasie, ale w kolejnej podróży na pewno również tam staniemy.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The place was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and professional, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The underground garage parking was also a big plus. Highly recommended!
Wir haben uns nach einer langen Fahrt gleich wohl gefühlt und haben uns in der Wohnung gut erholt. Schönes feeling, alles wirklich alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine und Trockner auch super in einem tollen Keller als Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll, gemütlich und geräumig. Wir werden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Graz auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen. Ist besser als jedes Hotel. Vorallem als Familie. Babybett inkl. Bettwäsche , hochstuhl und Kinderbesteck war vorhanden. Parkplatz dazu zu buchen wurde uns empfohlen und sie haben Recht behalten. Wir haben das Auto in Ruhe abstellen können. Und sind zu Fuß gemütlich durch die Stadt. War toll. Der einzige Punkt den ich als Verbesserung vorschlagen möchte wären einmal Matratzenschoner einfach weil dies in Betten wo nicht immer die gleiche Person schläft angenehmer ist und zweitens ein paar Müllbeutel in der Küche und nicht nur dem in der Mülltonne. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal!
Great location within walking distance of the city center. There’s a SPAR supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient. The host was extremely kind and responsive—on our second day one of the air conditioners stopped working, and they replaced it with a brand new one right away. The property also has a small playground for kids, plus darts and air hockey, which the children really enjoyed. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge, which was a big plus. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely come back on my next visit! Nothing
The apartment is recently renovated so everything is just great, you have all the needed utilities: starting with the kitchen, continuing with the washing room and ending with the relaxing space at the underground of the building. Very clean and everything is of great quality. Moreover, there is a public parking space in front of the building as well as private parking at 2 minutes far away which can be used for 10€ per day.

wir waren 1 Woche in Graz und hatten uns für das Appartment Nr3 entschieden und waren mehr als nur zufrieden. Sehr schönes Appartment und sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten waren sehr gut, haben nichts vermisst. An- und Abreise völlig unkompliziert, Kommunikation über WhatsApp oder auch Telefon ist möglich. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, es gab sogar einen Willkommenskorb mit Spssigkeiteb, Obst, Getränken… sehr aufmerksam👍👍👍 Ca 50 m entfernt von der Wohnung ist ein Spar Laden wo man alles kaufen kann, hier in der Tiefgarage kann man auch das Auto abstellen für 10 Euro/Tag. Die Kage zum Zentrum ist gut, man kann in ca 10 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum oder man läuft 300 m bis zur Tramstation Finanzamt, ab da kann man die Tram kostenlos benutzen. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung perfekt, ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit vom Zentrum, das Auto haben wir nicht gebraucht, Bus, Tram oder zu Fuß. Können die Wohnung /Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen, wir waren begeistert.
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Reinigungspersonal hat nicht ganz an alles gedacht, obwohl insgesamt alles sehr sauber und gepflegt war.
This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Excellent for two couples. I stayed there with my son and his girlfriend. It was spacious, so peaceful and quiet inside. Space both inside and out to enjoy. It had everything to ensure a comfortable stay.

Wunderschöne Design-Apartments zum Wohlfühlen Die Unterkunft: Wir waren bereits 2x als Familie in den Beletage Apartments zu Gast und sind total begeistert. Alle Apartments haben ein eigenes Motto und sind dementsprechend mit diversen signature pieces gestylt. An der Einrichtung und Ausstattung merkt man, dass jemand mit viel Blick fürs Detail & Design jedes Zimmer individuell gestaltet hat. Das Konzept ist sehr stimmig und sorgt für eine Atmosphäre, in der wir uns auch als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Neben einem Wilkommensgruß mit regionalen Leckereien gab es auch Kinderbücher, Spielzeug bzw. Gesellschaftsspiele. Die Facilities: Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die übrigen Annehmlichkeiten wie bspw. Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, Sandkiste, Aufenthaltsraum im Keller mit eigenem Airhockey-Tisch und vor allem eigener Waschküche was, besonders wenn man mir Kindern reist, ein echter Luxus ist ;-) Die Gastgeber: Die Gastgeber Nicole und Thomas sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - via WhatsApp-Chat kann man, sofern irgendetwas unklar ist oder benötigt wird, sehr unkompliziert Kontakt aufnehmen. Das verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine sehr persönliche Note und sorgt dafür, dass man sich bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Auch alles Organisatorische zum Check in etc. wurde wunderbar im Vorhinein erklärt und auch vor Ort ist alles gut beschrieben. Long story short: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)
Die Unterkunft war super schön. Die Betten und die Kissen waren sehr bequem, das hab ich selten so erlebt. Alles war sauber, neu, modern und sehr hochwertig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betreuung von Nicole und Thomas war einfach klasse. Ganz lieben Dank dafür.
Sehr toll ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen wenn man Urlaub in Graz machen will ich war auch beim Fußballspiel von Sturm Quarz dort war sehr gute Stimmung vor allem gegen rapid beim Meisterschaftsspiel jetzt zweimal hintereinander Meister geworden wunderschöne Stadt und wunderschöne Zimmer in diesem Apartment und super gastfreundlich Thomas und Nicole Mega Designs immer verschiedene Zimmer kann ich nur empfehlen diese Apartments also es ist wirklich wunderschön dort mit Garten und unten ist noch ein Zimmer für airhockey , Getränkeautomat und dort wunderschön dort

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Nicht nur das es optisch schön ist, hier ist alles durchdacht und es ist alles da was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht! Nespresso Maschine mit Kapsel, voll ausgestattet Küche, Föhn, Seifenspender von Rituals, Spiele für die Kinder, ein Begrüßungskorb mit Wasser, Bier und Knabber Sachen. Es ist alles super sauber! Bequeme Betten mit gestärkter Bettwäsche! Man schläft wundervoll! Kleiner Balkon mit Blick in einen schönen Innenhof. Die Anreise hat problemlos online geklappt! Auch wenn vor Ort kein Ansprechpartner ist, man fühlt sich gut betreut! E-Mail Kontakt vor Anreise und im Gebäude hängt eine Pinnwand mit Informationen und Kontakt Daten! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und die Apartment Anlage zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!!
Das Appartement war mindestens genau so schön, wie auf den Fotos - man sieht, dass sich hier jemand richtig Gedanken gemacht hat zur Einrichtung und Nutzung des Appartements.

Є гарний двір в будинку, невеликий дитячий майданчик, зручно з дітьми (ми бачили з балкону як біти бавилися в дворі). Все безпечно. Всі квартири в будинку під апартаменти однією компанією, це плюс. Повністю оновлений будинок та апартаменти. Заселення без жодних труднощів, безконтактне (після онлайн реєстрації повідомили код на двері). 5хв пішки до пішохідної частини, зручне розташування з можливістю запаркуватися десь поруч (ми були на вихідних, тому паркування було безкоштовне). Гарно обладнана кухня.
Very clean and well organized. It is located in a quiet area, not so far from the city center (walking distance). The hosts are very helpful. There is a Spar shop 100 meters away, and the parking garage is just near the shop. The walls are thin, you can hear from the other apartments. But the neighbors were ok, so it was fine.
Very nice new apartments in a great location in the center of Graz. The entire building is prepared for guests with many amenities. Although I did not meet the hosts during my stay, I rate my contact with them and their friendliness as 10 out of 10. I don't see anything to improve at the moment.
Exceptionnel ! L’appartement est grand, moderne, propre. Il est parfaitement bien équipé, avec balcon au calme côté jardin. Il est ouvert sur 2 côtés : côté rue très calme et côté jardin équipé pour les enfants et avec table et chaises. Arrivée autonome hyper simple, communication sympathique et rapide … tout nous a plu, nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans ce logement. Nous conseillons et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci ! Rien

Everything was perfect, localisation - 10 minutes from the centre, amenities, the basement with air hockey and darts, the decor and all small details.. There is nothing to complain about.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und richtig sauber. Wir konnten da sehr gut schlafen, sehr angenehme Betten und echt ruhig Umgebung (auch sehr gute Fenster!) Wir durften ein paar neue Spiele probieren, wie Speedtennis und Airhockey. Auf der Balkon fand ich sehr angenehm den Kaffee zu trinken. Die Kommunikation lief auch top! Alles war schön und gut!
Alles schoon en nieuw. Goede bedden en een heerlijke regendouche. Lokatie ook top met een Eurospar op de hoek en in de buurt van het oude deel van Graz en bij de uitvalsweg naar Wenen. Er waren wat weinig keuken spullen maar dat zal vast komen doordat we de eerste gasten waren
Super netjes, zeer ruim en heel goed te doen met onze 3 kinderen. Ze hebben er zelfs speelgoed staan. Alles is er zo op gemaakt om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. We zijn op doorreis naar Kroatië en dit was echt perfect. Niks

Wat een fijne plek in een leuke stad! Geweldig mooi en ruim appartement. Schoon en hele behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaren. Voor de kinderen was er airhockey en darts beschikbaar. We hebben genoten van ons balkon en de gezamenlijke binnentuin. Zo’n leuke plek vlakbij het centrum met een leuk park in de buurt voor de ochtend wandeling. Alles was goed!
Ich kann das Apartment absolut empfehlen. Es handelt sich um ein nagelneues Apartment in einem wunderschönen renovierten Haus. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles blitzsauber. Gute Betten, bestens ausgestattete Küche, Balkon zu einem ruhigen und schönen Innenhof. Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit zum Waschen, Air-Hockey und Dart spielen. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir waren total begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Farbkombi, hochwertige Materialien und ein bequemes Bett. Eine schöne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit ausgefallenen Geschirr (kein IKEA) und ein kleiner, netter Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und in den Garten der Nachbarn lädt ein zu verweilen. Eine Begrüßung mit steirischen Popcorn, Kürbiskernen, Bier und Obst versüßen einem dem Aufenthalt. Der angemietete Parkplatz in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage ist günstig und äußerst praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sowie sehr freundlichen, unkomplizierten und schnellen Austausch mit den Vermietern gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gesamte Wohnung total gemütlich für zwei Familien mit guten Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für die Kinder war der kleine zu den Apartments gehörende Garten toll. Wir konnten sie über die Terrasse beobachten und dort auch entspannen. Im Keller ein Air Hockey Tisch, was den Kindern auch gefallen hat. Spar in 1 Minute Gehweite, Ums Eck die schöne Klosterwiesegasse mit Lokal Ginko, die auch ins Zentrum führt.
Unterkunft war schön gestaltet. Es war extrem laut. An Schlaf nicht zu denken. Im Schlafzimmer war es sehr warm und stickig, sodass das Fenster zwingend einen Spalt aufbleiben musste. Leider war es dadurch so laut , dass ruhiger Schlaf nicht möglich war. Wir mussten sehr gerädert die Weiterfahrt antreten. Den Putzwagen schon früh morgens direkt vor der Tür stehen zu haben, obwohl Check-out um 11 Uhr ist, empfanden wir auch nicht als besonders einladend.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Beletage Luxury Apartments in Graz. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist absolut top: zentral und dennoch ruhig, man erreicht alle wichtigen Orte in Graz schnell und bequem. Besonders toll für Familien: Im Garten gibt es ein Fußballtor, einen Sandkasten und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Im Keller stehen außerdem viele Spiele zur Verfügung. Die Organisation war hervorragend, und die Informationen vom Gastgeber waren professionell, klar und sehr hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ganz problemlos per Türcode funktioniert. Sie haben sogar unsere Anfrage für ein early Check-in einrichten können - vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos sehr schön, sauber, bequem und man ist sehr schnell am Jakominiplatz, und in einer guten Gegend. Es gab sogar einpaar Spielsachen, über die sich meine Nichte sehr gefreut hat. Wir ahben auch ein kleines Willkommens-Package vorgefunden, inklusive Obst. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir können dieses Apartement wärmstens empfehlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar straßenseitig, aber wenn man die Fenster schließt ist es ruhig. Da ich gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafe, habe ich stattdessen die hofseitige Balkontür über Nacht offen gelassen. Ein Kleiderständer für die Jacken wären noch prima, aber ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht.
Super mooi, modern appartement. Mooi stijlvol ingericht, alles is nog nieuw. Fijne bedden, mooi balkon met zitje. Overal is aan gedacht! Perfect voor een gezin. Helemaal niets!

The location is nearly perfect, considering the nice price. It's close to the city centre, so you can just walk a couple of minutes and you are on the main square. Owners are very nice and respond very quickly. It was raining in the evening :) But has nothing to do with the apartment :)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this recently renovated spacious two-bedroom apartment in Graz. Everything was squeaky clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment is bright, tastefully decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming from the start. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which made a huge difference after long days exploring the city. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the apartment was — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Great location. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which came in handy during our stay. Parking was available in a secure garage just a short walk from the apartment for only €10 per day — a great option if you're arriving by car. The location itself was also convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. They provided clear check-in instructions, helpful local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, this apartment was a perfect home base for our visit to Graz, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! None.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in Graz, weil wir auf der Durchreise waren. Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Genug Platz für uns mit unseren drei Kindern, makellos sauber, alles da, was man braucht, ein tolle Restaurant Empfehlung der Gastgeberin, zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, toll für den Kaffee am Morgen. Und das erste Apartment überhaupt, welches so viel für Kinder anbietet. Fussball Netz im Garten mit Fussball und Handball. Und im Keller eine Dart Scheibe und Air Hockey. Trotz der 18 Stunden, die wir nur in Graz waren haben unsere Kinder das gerne ausgenutzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Auch ein paar Tage mehr wären mal toll. Vielen Dank an Nicole und Thomas für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Schön zentral gelegene super ausgestattete Apartments die ihren Name alle Ehre machen. Zu empfehlen ist der Tiefgaragenplatz (10€ pro Tag) da man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ps: In der Unterkunft gibt es unten im Keller einen super ausgestatteten Spielraum mit AirHockey und Dart. Alles TOP
Mēs pavadījām vienu nakti Beletage Luxury Apartments ar ģimeni (2 pieaugušie + 2 bērni), un šī bija viena no stilīgākajām un ērtākajām naktsmītnēm visa mūsu EIROTRIP laikā. ✅ Plusi: Lieliska atrašanās vieta – pašā pilsētas sirdī, viss sasniedzams ar kājām: kafejnīcas, vecpilsēta, Schlossberg. Plašs un gaumīgi iekārtots dzīvoklis – augstie griesti, ērta gulta, pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, viss ļoti tīrs un labi uzturēts. Kluss naktī, pat atrodoties pilsētas centrā. Ērta stāvvieta tikai 1 minūtes attālumā no dzīvokļa, par ļoti labu cenu – 10 € par nakti. Ēka ir ar liftu, kas padara uzturēšanos vēl ērtāku, īpaši ģimenēm ar bērniem vai bagāžu. Saimnieks ļoti atsaucīgs, komunikācija viegla un precīza. 👨👩👧👦 Bērniem bija pietiekami daudz vietas, un arī viņiem ļoti patika atmosfēra – viņi pat gribēja palikt ilgāk! 🔚 Secinājums: Perfekta izvēle, ja vēlaties stilīgu, centrālu un mierīgu uzturēšanos Grazā ar visām ērtībām. Iesaku gan ģimenēm, gan pāriem. Mēs noteikti atgrieztos!

Апартаменти в сучасному оригінальному дизайні, всі меблі нові і техніка теж, ідеально чисто та дуже затишно. Знаходяться в центрі, що обіцяє приємну прогулянку вечірнім містом. Власниця дуже приємна і люб'язна, турбувалася щоб ми були максимально задоволені відпочинком. При нагоді повернемось сюди ще🥰🥰🥰

Sehr gute Lage. Wohnung ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber, alles neu. Ausstattung in der Küche ist nicht vollständig wenn man sich etwas kochen möchte. Es fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie ein Pfannenwender... Im Sommer hätten wir uns dünnere Decken gewünscht. Auch eine Garderobe für die Jacken fehlt noch. Dies ist aber wirklich nur ein kleinerer Punkt, ansonsten eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung insbesondere wenn man nicht plant zu Kochen. Man merkt dass sie Wohnung noch sehr neu ist und vermutlich deswegen noch nicht 100% vollständig

Logement spacieux et entièrement équipé, idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi. Proximité du supermarché, à 10 minutes de l'hyper centre à pieds et d'une multitude de restaurants ou bars. Le logement, de style ancien, présente une isolation phonique perfectible : les bruits de pas sont perceptibles.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist stillvoll und sauber! Die Lage ist prima und das Zentrum zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Zwar ist die Straße etwas laut aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert und die Lüfter tun ihr übriges.

Cudowne miejsce - ciężko mi oceniać czystość, bo byliśmy chyba pierwszymi gośćmi po remoncie, ale było super - bardzo blisko starego miasta, z dobrym dostępem do komunikacji miejskiej. Możliwość zarezerwowania grodzonego parkingu w dobrej cenie na plus. Akceptowane psy - także na plus 🙂 Mieszkanie mimo bliskości ulicy bardzo ciche, z okiennicami i zaciemniającymi zasłonami. Wyposażenie mieszkania wystarczy, żeby zrobić sobie śniadania, obiady i kolacje. Dostęp do mieszkania jest bezkluczowy, łatwo się także zameldować. Ogromne dzięki także za dobry kontakt z właścicielami - odpowiadają bardzo szybko na wszystkie pytania! Nie ma się do czego przyczepić 🙂
Top standard, fully renovated apartment building. Truly wonderful place in a quiet area of Graz - yet very close to the old town center. Everything was clearly organised. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Quick and service minded communication with the owners. We especially appreciated the little details like coffee capsules and condiments provided for us! Also a few books and games for the children. Wonderful cosy atmosphere, soft beds, owners with attention to detail, premium feeling ⭐️
Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, drei Tage in diesem stilvollen Apartment zu verbringen – und es war eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, das erst kürzlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertigen Materialien renoviert wurde. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, die Betten ausgesprochen bequem und das gesamte Ambiente sehr einladend. Trotz straßenseitiger Fenster war es dank der exzellenten Schallisolierung durch Doppelfenster angenehm ruhig. Besonders genossen haben wir den hofseitigen Balkon, der sich wunderbar für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend eignet. Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist der eigene Garten. Die Lage ist top: Ein SPAR-Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, die Grazer Innenstadt ist in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-In verlief völlig unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber Nicole und Thomas, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben. Der liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommenskorb mit steirischen Spezialitäten war eine schöne und persönliche Überraschung!
War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank für die tolle Erreichbarkeit bei Problemen und die tolle Wohnung! LG
Apartament całkowicie nowy, bardzo czysty i naprawdę przestronny. Dopiero co oddany do użytku. Wygodne łóżka, balkon z widokiem na piękną zieleń od podwórka. Cisza i spokój. Można się poczuć jak w domu. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia. W weekend wolne miejsca parkingowe na ulicy bezpośrednio przed wejściem. Okolica pełna zabytkowych kamienic. Spacerem 10 minut na stare miasto, które też jest niesamowite i tętniące życiem. Zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na jedną noc, bo nie był to nasz główny cel podróży, ale z chęcią zostalibyśmy na dłużej.

We highly enjoyed our stay at the brand new Belletage Apartments - a completely renovated and modernized building (with elevator) with superbly clean and beautifully equipped apartments right in the centre of Graz. It is in walking distance to every attraction in the city, there is a private garage practically across the street and a supermarket right next to it. Nicole and Thomas are incredibly kind landlords and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our apartment had a beautiful balcony (apparently all do) overlooking the inner garden, the kitchen was perfectly equipped with many personal touches. Everything is brand-new, from the bathroom and kitchen to the rooms with large TV screens hanging on the wall, a Nespresso machine and all necessary kitchen amenities, very comfortable beds with wonderful linen, a great shower in the bathroom and high quality towels. Definitely a five star recommendation from us for this wonderful apartment building at great prices! Thank you dear Nicole and Thomas for having made our stay in Graz just perfect! From now on, we will always be staying with you for our visits to Graz!
