One Year of Beletage - THANK YOU!

A year ago, we opened the Beletage Luxury Apartments to guests for the very first time - eight individually designed apartments in a beautiful old Graz building, right in the heart of the city and yet peacefully tucked away in the courtyard.

What a Year

Guests from over 30 countries came to stay with us - city travelers, families, trade-fair visitors, long-term guests. What made us happiest were the personal moments: the welcome greetings we got to give now and then, the conversations with our guests, the tips we passed along via WhatsApp, and everyone who has already come back for a second or third time.

A Family Project

Something else that makes us very happy: that our children Felix and Lilly have grown into the project so wonderfully. They pitch in with fun and joy - making Beletage exactly what it means to us: a true family project.

Overwhelming Feedback

We are especially grateful for the outstanding feedback from our guests. Over 300 reviews with an average of 4.8 stars - and on Airbnb even a consistent 5 stars - mean an incredible amount to us. We’ve taken something valuable from every single response and were able to make the apartments even better, step by step. This feedback truly means the world to us, which is why we fulfill almost every wish our guests bring to us.

What We’ve Learned

It’s the little things that make a stay special: an honest restaurant tip, being just a quick message away, a kitchen that really has everything you need. That’s exactly what we keep working on.
